Coaching Philosophy

Soccer is all about focus, sacrifice, determination and discipline.  One
must understand the game of soccer to enjoy and have fun with it.  My
ambition is to develop players and teach them to understand the game
so they can go to the next level.  I believe youth players need a lot of 
encouragement to bring out the best in them.
