Futsal Snapshot

  • Futsal = "futbol en sala" = Spanish for indoor soccer. 
  • Futsal is small-sided soccer played on a hard surface like a basketball court.
  • The smaller space emphasizes creativity and quick decision-making.
  • Futsal uses a smaller, less bouncy ball, which is easier to control.
  • When: our program is Saturdays from January to March.
  • Where: the Buzz Aldrin Middle School and Northeast Elementary gyms.
  • The league is coed, with grade-appropriate divisions. 
  • Registration starts in November.
